Affiliate marketing, also known as partner marketing, it is marketing paid for results, which involves promoting products and services on online spaces belonging to affiliate publishers. Publishers receive a commission for each generated sale or other desired action that will come to fruition thanks to their promotional activities.
It is an effective promotional strategy, which involves promoting products and services on online spaces belonging to affiliate publishers, also known as affiliate marketing. In this model, e-commerce advertisers pay only for a specific effect in the form of sales, which makes this form of advertising effective and profitable.
In affiliate marketing, the advertisers cooperates with publishers on the terms of remuneration they specify. They offer an affiliate program, which the publishers join and promote their products or services, which can be purchased after clicking on the affiliate link. Affiliate links are unique to a given publisher, which allows tracking the effectiveness of their activities. When a potential customer clicks on the link and makes a purchase, the publisher receives a commission.
Affiliate links can be added or linked to various advertising media: static and dynamic banners, product widgets, films and video creations, posts, stories and rolls on social media, mailing creations, as well as external advertising systems. This allows for simultaneous cooperation with many publishers.

Affiliate system for e-commerce – how effective is it and is it worth using?
Cost Per Sale (CPS) is a model for settling advertising campaigns on a commission basis from sales. It is an effective compromise of benefits for publishers and advertisers in the e-commerce industry.
The advertiser determines the value of the commission that he wants to share with the publisher when the latter, as a result of his promotional activities and recommendations, leads to a sale in the advertiser's store. In this arrangement, the risk of running the campaign rests mainly with the publisher, because the advertiser pays only after a correctly finalized transaction. An additional benefit for the advertiser is the lack of costs for views or clicks, which means that he also receives image activities without the need for additional fees if the transaction does not take place.

Cost Per Sale – a payment model that will dominate the e-commerce market
The cookie lifetime in affiliation is the period during which the affiliate system assigns the transaction to the publisher that led its user to click on the advertising medium (affiliate link, banner, widget or video).
In the Cost Per Sale and Cost Per Lead efficiency models, the standard cookie lifetime is 30 days. This means that the customer referred by the publisher does not have to make a purchase in the advertiser's store immediately. If the customer does not make a purchase during the first visit to the store, but decides to complete the transaction at a later date, the commission will still go to the publisher. Importantly, for the commission to be assigned to the publisher, the customer does not have to visit the store again via a link, widget or affiliate banner. The buyer can enter the store directly or from another source.
The customer therefore has a whole month to make a decision and ensure that the publisher receives the commission. It is the 30-day cookie lifespan that makes publishers cooperate in the Cost Per Sale Model.
The cookie lifespan for affiliate programs on the webeAds platform is set to 30 days by default. This is the minimum that must be guaranteed to the publisher in order to cooperate in the Cost Per Sale model. Therefore, the advertiser does not have the option to change the cookie lifespan.

Other models of cooperation can also be used in affiliate campaigns:
Cost Per Lead (CPL),
Cost Per Click (CPC).
Often, in activities with publishers, advertisers introduce hybrid combinations of efficiency models:
CPS + CPC,
CPL + CPC,
Cost Per Lead (CPL) - payment for delivering a lead.
A lead, i.e. an action that must be delivered in order to receive remuneration, can be:
registering on the website,
subscribing to the newsletter,
filling in the application form,
placing an order for an offer,
submitting a loan application,
signing up for training, webinar or live,
downloading an e-book, audiobook or application,
signing up for a test drive or a lesson,
purchasing a service in a subscription model and others, depending on the needs of the person offering the product/service.

webeAds is an affiliate system that allows independent implementation of affiliate marketing for the e-commerce industry. Like an affiliate network, the webeAds system provides advertisers with:
webeAds is a self-service platform for small and medium-sized online stores that do not have large advertising budgets and want to pay for advertising only for results. Thanks to the features offered by webeAds, the advertiser independently launches and develops an affiliate program, while reducing the costs of launching it to zero.
webeAds offers a 30-day free trial period, during which, without any risk, the advertiser can launch an affiliate program for their service and test how the platform works.
Setting up an Advertiser account takes a maximum of a few minutes and requires completing basic company data after registering the account at https://panel.webepartners.pl/webeads/register
To register an Advertiser Account, the advertiser must have the right to operate the website that they want to integrate with webeAds, on which products or services can be sold.
The advertiser must have full legal capacity. In the case of a person who does not have full legal capacity, registration is only possible if the legal guardians of such person have given their consent.
In webePartners, cooperation is based on the Cooperation Agreement, which is signed in a traditional form. The advertiser receives the help of the Account Manager at the stage of launching the affiliate program, and then the support of the Affiliate Manager during the development of cooperation with publishers.
webeAds
In webeAds, the advertiser operates independently on the basis of the Terms of Cooperation, the acceptance of which allows the advertiser to register an account.

webePartners
In webePartners, cooperation is based on the Cooperation Agreement, which is signed in a traditional form. The advertiser receives the help of the Account Manager at the stage of launching the affiliate program, and then the support of the Affiliate Manager during the development of cooperation with publishers.
The scheme of operation in webePartners:
The advertiser signs the agreement in a traditional form and, in agreement with the Account Manager, sets the amount of commission for publishers, sends the documents to webePartners.
The advertisers cannot change the terms of remuneration of publishers on their own, all changes to the agreement are made by the Account Manager.
The Account Manager creates an affiliate program for the advertiser and leads it through the process of integration with Sales Tracking (sales tracking system).
The advertiser invites their own publishers to the program and from the webePartners database, to which they receive access as part of the cooperation.
The advertiser can count on the help and advice of the Affiliate Manager in the process of creating a network of publishers and developing an affiliate program.
webeAds and webePartners provide:
Optimized advertising costs
In webeAds, the advertisers independently set the terms of the affiliate program at a level that is profitable for them. Thanks to this, the commission that they share with publishers does not exceed the profits from sales.
The advertisers also do not pay a commission on transactions that were not properly finalized, the buyer did not pay for the product, did not collect the shipment or returned the goods. In such cases, the advertisers have the right to reject the commission in the affiliate system. Therefore, they do not bear the costs when they do not earn anything themselves.
Efficient cooperation with publishers
Affiliate activities do not require the advertisers to provide banners and graphics, so they do not have to order their preparation. Cooperation with publishers is mainly based on the affiliate tools provided by webeAds. Thanks to these tools, publishers independently generate affiliate links, product widgets or xml files, which enable the diversified promotion of products from the advertiser's offer.
Low risk of loss
Thanks to webeAds, the advertiser conducts marketing in the Cost Per Sale model, i.e. shares the sales commission with publishers. The risk of failure of the activities is taken over by publishers, because if their activities do not lead to sales, they will not receive their commission. This is an excellent solution for advertisers and ensure that they only bear costs when they earn money themselves.
Own network of publishers
webeAds is a platform that aims to increase sales through an online publisher referral system. Thanks to webeAds, the advertiser has the opportunity to create their own network of various publishers, which are: bloggers, YouTubers, social media users (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), all kinds of thematic websites, product comparison and search engines, discount websites, remarketing systems, as well as SEO and Google Ads specialists.
publishers recommend selected products and redirect traffic to the advertiser's website using affiliate tools: affiliate links, product widgets, xml files or banners.
Image as an added value
webeAds settles marketing on publishers' sites based on delivered and verified actions. If no sale occurs, the advertiser does not bear the costs, even though the ad appeared on publishers' surfaces. He receives an image campaign as an added value to cooperation with publishers on the webeAds platform.
To start selling with webeAds, all you need to do is:
webeAds offers a 30-day free trial period. After this period, you can cancel your cooperation and close your account without giving a reason.
During the 30-day trial period, the advertiser receives full access to the functionality of the webeAds platform, which allows you to test its capabilities without risk or obligations.
After 30 days, a pro forma invoice is issued in accordance with the selected package, after payment access to the webeAds account is extended. Lack of payment results in automatic blocking of the account, termination of the Cooperation Agreement and suspension of the charging of subscription fees.
Transactions generated during the free trial period
During the trial period, the advertiser receives access to a fully functioning account. After creating the program, they are given the opportunity to invite their own publishers to the program, as well as from the Affiliate Marketplace database.
The advertiser does not pay a subscription fee for the first 30 days, however, in the case of generating transactions by publishers, they are obliged to pay verified and accepted commissions
Joining webeAds is free, as is the first 30 days of the trial period. A subscription fee is charged for subsequent months, according to the package selected during registration. Current subscription prices can be found in the Price List on the webeads.pl website.
The monthly subscription fee is increased by the commission for publishers accepted by the advertiser and the commission for the webeAds network, according to the selected package.
After registering and logging into your account, the advertiser has access to the affiliate program wizard, which guides you through the process of creating an affiliate program.
When creating an affiliate program in the creator, the advertiser specifies the terms of the program, i.e. the amount of the commission for the publisher. The level of the commission should be profitable for the advertiser, but at the same time attractive for the publisher.
The amount of the commission determines whether publishers decide to join the program and promote the advertiser's offer. It should be remembered that the entire risk of failure is assumed by the publishers, so the higher the commission, the greater the chance of success of the affiliate program.
Yes, an advertiser can differentiate commissions for selected publishers or groups of publishers.
To appreciate the activities of individual publishers, an advertiser can create an additional premium program with a higher commission value and invite the best publishers to it.
It can also work the other way around. If cooperation with a publisher or group of publishers requires optimization and it is necessary to reduce the commission, the advertiser creates an affiliate program with a lower commission and invites selected publishers to it.
Transactions that are carried out in the store thanks to publisher promotions are counted by the sales tracking system - Tracking webeP1. The webeP1 tracking code monitors traffic and transactions generated through affiliate tools, on computers and mobile devices. Then it compiles the data in detailed statistics available in the advertiser's panel and calculates the commissions due in accordance with the established commission amount.
Without implementing the tracking code on the store's website, there is no possibility of cooperation with publishers in the Cost Per Sale commission model. The advertiser implements Tracking webeP1 on their website at the stage of creating an affiliate program. webeAds provides instructions that allow for quick integration of the service. All you need to do is follow the instructions provided step by step or use the appropriate plugin.
The webeAds affiliate system and the webeP1 tracking code provide the advertiser with detailed traffic and sales statistics in real time, thanks to which the Advertiser can analyze and optimize cooperation with Publishers at every stage of the campaigns.
After the transaction has been recorded in the webeAds system, the transaction is displayed in the advertiser's and publisher's panels and is assigned the status "pending". This means that the transaction is awaiting verification by the advertiser.
The advertiser has constant insight into the sales statistics in their panel in the Advertiser Account and is obliged to verify (accept or reject) pending orders within 30 days from the date the transaction was recorded by webeAds
The advertiser has insight into transactions generated by publishers in the Advertiser panel: Statistics and reports tab - Action verification. Action statistics are updated every 10 minutes, so you can analyze conversions and affiliate program results in real time.
Transaction validation consists of verifying generated transactions. Within 30 days of purchase, the Advertiser may reject transactions that ultimately did not come to fruition when:
With the rejection of the transaction, the charged commission is invalidated. The advertiser only bears the costs for orders that were correctly completed.
Validation can be performed manually in the advertiser panel by clicking the "reject" button next to the selected transaction. Validation can also be performed using validation files available in the advertiser panel or it can be automated through integration with API Key.
All transactions accepted by the advertiser are assigned the status "accepted". Once a month, on the 1st of each month, the advertiser receives a collective invoice, which includes all accepted commissions, up to the date of invoice issuance.
The advertiser does not pay commissions to each publisher separately, but transfers the total commission based on the invoice received. webeAds distributes funds to publishers, based on bills and invoices received from publishers.
The advertiser has 7 days to pay the invoice. Delay in payments results in the suspension of the affiliate program and promotional activities on publishers' websites.
The commission is always calculated from the amounts added to the shopping cart in the store, i.e. from the gross value of the order. If the final amount of the order is reduced by a discount code or other discount, the commission is calculated from the reduced amount.
The commission does not include delivery costs. According to the guidelines for integration with the webeAds system, the store system transfers the transaction value to webeAds without delivery costs.
Thanks to the tools offered by webeAds, the advertiser does not have to provide additional advertising creations, but can, if they have them. webeAds allows advertisers to share advertising banners in various sizes and without quantity limits.
Banners are still eagerly used by publishers with thematic websites. Publishers are most likely to use banners created for special promotional campaigns or supporting specific promotions.

The cooperation agreement on the webeAds platform is concluded for an indefinite period. The Advertiser may terminate the agreement at any time. Cancelling the package selected during registration on the Advertiser's Account is tantamount to termination of the agreement by the Advertiser, with effect at the end of the current subscription period.
The Advertiser is obliged to pay the commission on generated transactions, also after withdrawal from cooperation and expiration of the agreement, if the transactions were generated during the cookie lifespan, in accordance with the content of the Regulations accepted during registration and the terms of the affiliate program, established by the Advertiser.
Affiliation allows you to monetize any online activity, so anyone who wants to earn money by participating in affiliate programs can become a publisher.
In webeAds, publishers are large websites experienced in affiliate cooperation:
Publishers are also Internet users who are just starting their affiliation adventure, running websites with smaller reach, accounts in social media and niche thematic websites.
There are over 20 thousand publishers registered on the webeAds platform. Thanks to this, advertisers are sure to find publishers that match their industry and brand.
To make it easier for advertisers to search and analyze publishers, Affiliate Marketplace was created, a module for searching for publishers, organized by groups and the internal webePartners ranking.
The publisher group determines what the main field of activity of the publishers is, i.e. what online space they use in their affiliate activities.
The publisher category determines the industries in which the publishers operate and the products that correspond to their activity. The publishers ranking is an assessment of the publisher's potential, awarded to them by webeAds during registration, based on the number of user visits to their services and reach in social media. The ranking is the equivalent of a medal classification, where the lowest rating is Regular, and the highest is Diamond.
It is up to the publishers to decide which affiliate programs to apply for, and it is up to the advertisers to accept them into their program. With the Affiliate Marketplace, the advertisers can also invite selected publishers to their program. In this case, the publishers decide whether to accept the advertiser's invitation.
The publisher network is made up of owners of various websites: bloggers, YouTubers, social media users (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok), all kinds of thematic websites, product comparison and search engines, discount websites, remarketing systems, as well as SEO and GoogleAds specialists.
Each of them promotes advertisers according to their skills and technical capabilities. The promoter aims to redirect traffic to the advertiser's website and lead to transactions there.
webeAds offers publishers a variety of affiliate tools that allow them to present products from affiliate programs and support sales. Depending on the advertising spaces on which publishers operate, they can use tools such as:
Affiliate links are the simplest and most popular tool in affiliation. They have a wide range of applications, because the publisher can publish an affiliate link anywhere an active URL can be pasted. With affiliate links, publishers can recommend products on:

Product widgets are an excellent alternative to advertising banners. Instead of ready-made graphics, they present photos of selected products along with their price and name. Products in widgets can rotate dynamically. They redirect directly to product cards in the advertiser's store. Using widgets, you can present from several to even several dozen products and very easily adjust them graphically to your website so that they complement the presented content.
To use widgets, the publisher must have their own website, where they can place the widget code. They are most often used by bloggers and thematic websites.

A banner is a graphic advertising creation promoting a website or product. The purpose of a banner is to encourage a customer to click to be redirected to the page it is advertising. In the affiliate system, each banner is automatically assigned an affiliate link, thanks to which the publisher who publishes the banner on their online space will earn commissions on sales that will be realized after clicking on the banner and going to the advertiser's store.
Banners are particularly effective in supporting promotions, special campaigns or discount codes offered by advertisers. They are ideal for blogs and thematic portals, where they present products from selected categories on aesthetic graphics.

Video is a new creative format that publishers are very keen to use. Video creations can present products and also advertise a brand. Technically, video creations work in the same way as advertising banners. In the affiliate system, a video is automatically assigned an affiliate link. In the case of sales made after clicking and going to the advertiser's store from the video creation, the publisher is assigned a commission.
Video creations are a good complement to film materials prepared by publishers to recommend selected products and encourage shopping in the store. Especially when the publisher does not physically have the product that they encourage their recipients to buy.
Influencers and social media users are particularly keen to use video creations, publishing them on their profiles. The creations are best prepared in vertical and horizontal formats.
XML is an abbreviation of Extensible Markup Language. An XML file, also known as a product feed, is a text file used to transfer data in a structured way, thanks to which the same file can be used by various platforms.
In e-commerce, XML files are used to transfer data between price comparison or product search engines and online stores. These files contain the necessary information about the products available in the online store: product photos, their names, prices, specifications and detailed descriptions.
XML files are not an advanced tool. To use them, you only need to have basic programming knowledge.

Discount codes, also known as discount coupons or promotional codes, are strings of characters that are entered when placing an order in an online store, at the final stage of the shopping cart. After entering the code, the value of the order is reduced by a specified amount or percentage. Discount codes can be single-use or multiple-use, and their value and terms of operation depend on the policy of the given store.
Codes and promotions stimulate sales, especially during the weakest shopping seasons. Therefore, in the affiliate network, thanks to publishers, they can be efficiently distributed. The webeAds affiliate system includes modules for distributing codes and promotions:
